Science wasn't my favorite subject during my school days, but when it comes to my career in the dating industry, I have surely proven to be a fan of experiments!
First, there was my stint as Ms. New York in the international social experiment at 3six5dates.com. If you haven't been following me, this was the crazy time in my life in which I went on ninety-two dates in one year and blogged about them! If you haven't had a good Date Night in a while and would like to live vicariously through the serial-dating-version-of-me, you can read about my adventures and misadventures here.
Then, of course, there was the time in which I almost got married at first sight on national TV. Yup, I was thisclose to letting the experts on A &E's Married At First Sight lead me to the altar with a stranger. I didn't pull the trigger, but that's a whole other story in itself........
Anyway, this is all more about YOU than me!
It's about your last chance to fall in love in a very unique, experimental way! (And if you are already in love, do a mitzvah and share this blog post with your single friends, why don't ya?)
It can all start with The 36 Questions..................
Have you heard of " The 36 questions survey to fall in love" made famous by this NYTimes Modern Love column? If not, learn what all the buzz is about here.
If you are open to finding love and think these thirty six questions just might help you find it, I have an exclusive invite for you!
Tonight, Tuesday, March 24th, from 7-10PM, the matchmakers at The Matchmaking Institute and I, are taking 20 single men and 20 single women and putting them together for 2 hours at a bar, Jerome's (155 Rivington) in NYC.
We will make sure their admission is free, that light appetizers will be served, and that there will be plenty of drink specials to get the conversations flowing. Yes, we will have them answer the thirty six questions and see what kind of love connections come about! Pretty interesting, huh? All we ask is that these singles be opened minded, as we will be choosing their matches.
Are you or someone you know game? RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 212 242 4755 if you are interested or want more details. Be sure to tell Lisa that you heard about the event in this blog post. And if you are attending, please do let me know at Rachel@RachelRusso.com , as I'd love to see you there!
